Digitizing learning-outcome management across the Faculty of Foreign Languages

The challenge
With a large student population and complex language-assessment standards, the Faculty needed to digitize the measurement of Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) and Course Learning Outcomes (CLO) in place of manual aggregation, while guaranteeing the accuracy required for domestic and international accreditation.
The solution
AccelEd deployed the OBE module within the X-Campus ecosystem: digitizing a consistent PLO-CLO linkage matrix across every curriculum, and integrating electronic rubrics directly into daily exams and assignments with real-time automatic conversion of scores into outcome-attainment rates.
The result
Faculty leadership and lecturers now have intuitive dashboards to spot weak student skills early - such as academic writing or presentation skills - and adjust teaching in time, instead of only seeing the problem after the semester ends.

The challenge
The university's English-training program needed a smart learning-support system that could assess Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing together - reducing lecturers' heavy manual grading load while still giving objective, detailed, personalized feedback.
The solution
AccelEd integrated natural-language AI tools to score Writing (grammar, structure, coherence) and Speaking (pronunciation, stress, fluency via audio analysis) with high accuracy; synced standardized VSTEP-format exam banks with automatic shuffling, and ran secure online testing with automatic grading.
The result
Lecturers save up to 70% of manual grading time, while students receive results and improvement suggestions instantly instead of waiting through multiple rounds of manual grading.
